My Subscriptions

The first Gambettes Box you will receive depends on the time you subscribed. The month corresponding to the beginning of your subscription is specified at the beginning of your subscription process and in the ""My account"" area. It may be that your first Box is not the one of the current month when it is out of stock. Our confirmation email will also inform you of the first Box that you will receive.

Will I receive my next Box automatically?

Yes, the renewal of the subscription each month is automatic, so you won't have to worry about your next Box, even if it is announced out of stock on our site, we have reserved a Box fo each subscribers! However, if you have purchased a gift subscription, your subscription will not be renewed once the subscription is finished.

Can I receive one of the previous Boxes?

We're really sorry but previous Box are not available for purchase, you can only receive the Box that correspond to your subscription dates.

How to unsubscribe?

For monthly recurring subscriptions, you can unsubscribe at any time directly on your ""My account"" space. Log into your account and click on ""My Account"", then ""My Orders"" followed by the ""unsubscribe"" button. You have until the last day of the month to unsubscribe before receiving the Gambettes Box of the following month. If you unsubscribe after payment has been processed, you will receive the Box of that month.

How to change the size of tights?

You can change your size by logging into your account, then clicking on ""My Orders"", you will then see the option to change the size of your tights or beachwear option. If you would like the change to be effective for your next Box, we suggest you to make this change before the end of the previous month.

Can I subscribe for a year?

Of course you can! We don't have a yearly subscription but you can keep your monthly recurring subscripion running as long as you like. You can unsubscribe at any time.

I only want to receive one Box, when do I have to unsubscribe?

If you only want to receive one Gambettes Box, you can subscribe to a monthly subscription and unsubscribe after payment has been made and when you receive your confirmation of payment email. Your subscription will appear to be cancelled but don't worry you will receive a one Box, and one Box only.

THE PAYMENT SYSTEM

When will payments be taken for Gambettes Box?

For monthly subscriptions, payment is taken on the first working day of the month. For gift subscriptions, the total amount will be debited from your account as soon as you subscribe. They appear on your bank statement between a few days and a few hours after subscription (depending on the time you order and on your bank)

Can I pay for my box through Paypal?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to pay for a subscription using a Paypal account. However, we are working on other payment methods so if you have suggestions don't hesitate to share them with us for consideration.

Do you accept prepaid cards?

Unfortunately, we do not accept prepaid cards for a monthly recurring subscription (i.e you can only purchase one box using this method of payment. Once payment is processed, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.) If you would like to receive Gambettes Box every month, you can re-subscribe and pay using the SEPA payment option. This will allow you to enter your IBAN number and create a recurring subscription.

Where can I find my bills?

Your invoices are available in your ""My Account"" area, by clicking on ""My Orders"". If you have subscribed to a monthly recurring subscription, you will find your invoice at the beginning of every month.

How to change my bank details?

You can modify them yourself by logging into your ""My account"" area and then ""My orders"" followed by ""Modify My Bank Details""

I received an email saying that there was a problem processing payment for my subscription this month, what should I do?

If you received an email from us, it means that we have encountered a banking problem, perhaps your Credit Card has expired, or because your account was not cleared at the time we attempted the withdrawal. To trigger a new debit, you must change your bank details, or enter the same details again in your ""My Account"" area, by clicking on ""My Orders"".

I did not have time to change my bank details, what will happen?

Don't worry, you have two months to renter your new bank details. If payment has fails for two consecutive months, we will attempt to process payment a third time. If payment fails again you subscription will be automatically cancelled. If you would like to receive your Box again you will have to resubscribe here: https://www.gambettesbox.com/en/12-subscribe

I was unsubscribed because I did not change my bank details in time, what to do?

If you have not had the time to update your bank details, you subscription will be automatically cancelled in two months. To receive the Box again, you will have to resubscribe here:https://www.gambettesbox.com/en/12-subscribe

How do I change my delivery address?

Simply log into your account, click “My Subscriptions” then ""My Orders"" and you will see the option to modify your delivery and billing address. Plase note that you must make any modifications before the end of the month to ensure that they will be taken into account the following month, if not, your next Box will be out there all alone, at the wrong address.

In which countries do you deliver Gambettes Box?

Oops! I entered the wrong delivery address, what do I do now?

No problem, it happens to the best of us. You can change your delivery address (name, city, address) via your personal space, by clicking on ""My Orders"", then ""Modify"" at the bottom of your delivery address and/or billing address. Make sure you make any changes before the end of the month in order for the modifications to be taken into account. If you have any doubts, feel free to drop an email to contact our support team.

When will I receive my First Box?

The First Box may take up to three weeks to arrive from the day you subscribed. Rest assured, delivery of all future Boxes will be a lot more regular and will arrive between the 15th and 25th of each month. If you don't receive anything by the 25th feel free to drop us an email.

I'm still waiting on my Gambettes Box, what now?

Your Box will arrive at your house/workplace between the 15th and 25th of the month. If after the 25th, you still have not received your Box, we invite you to double check with your concierge, your neighbors or your postman. If there is still no sign of it, don't hesitate to contact our customer happiness team who will be able to sort this out for you.

What's inside my Gambettes Box?

Ah ah ah...that's a surprise. We have under oath not to reveal everything about the Box but what we can tell you is that you will receive two pairs of tights and sometimes other textiles. Each Gambettes Box will be adapted to the season: our classic black tights will be more or less opaque and our patterened tights change according to the trends of the moment don't worry, over 30,000 French women trust us to ""dress up their legs"" we're sure you'll be a fan.

What happens during the summer months. Will there still be Gambettes Box?

From May onwards*, it's time so highlight your Gambettes. You will receive other textile items that make your Gambettes the showstoppers (shorts, beachwear items, socquettes...).
